QM 46 feeder 2 issues

first is an ongoing issue, when running #10 envelopes, they will not run straight through feeder. You can watch them kick to the left, then to the right, then 25-50 run nice and square. Any tricks??

Next is a new problem. Had a 25,000 run today 8.5 x 11 20# bond. I was getting a lengthwise wrinkle about 2 inches from lefthand side, about every 100 sheets. I moved the feedwheels around and did not help. Finally I tried just one feedwheel near the center, and it ran fine. Only time I had this issue was with carbonless a few years ago, changed brands and solved the problem. Any ideas??

 

Bad/out of adjustment forward wheels or imp grippers will cause this problem. There is alot to check out. It would be better for me to talk to you rather than type it all out.
