QM 46/2 paper strech

trying to run a two color job on 110 double cover,job is on a 8.5 x 11 sheet, running 8 up business cards with traps...I can get the crop marks dead on at the tail,but not the lead leaving me the top 4 cards with **** registration ...the lead crops are about 1/8" off..(up /down reg) left to right is perfect on all corners of the sheet.....any tips I have played with the packing but no luck
inks are pantone 541 and 646 uncoated
running 7 mill paper plates for 15 years
and have never had any trouble like this before!
