My register is way off in the 4th unit. Thanks

American measuring system is a bit difficult to understand, we use metric system, but can you explain what is the problem with 4th unit register? Is it printing shorter or longer and in which direction?

The yellow wants to move to near side but only on the edge of the sheet say 12" from top to bottom

First make sure that all blankets are from the same manufacturer, same age and tightened with same torque.
You can add a 0.05/0.1 mm packing sheet to the blanket in 4th unit to reduce the image, but this may cause excessive plate wear as I assume that your machine is auto plate with no packing under the plate.
    I hope this helps.

The simplest way to address this... You must have a squeeze between the plate and blanket of .04" to .06". There are two different undercuts of the blanket cylinders depending on the market the machine was built to be sold in. For machines built to be sold in the US market the undercut was .091" or 2.3mm. For the European market they were under cut .122" or 3.1mm.

My Undercut is .126 So I'll try packing .045 with my blanket which is .077 that gives me .122 which is .004 difference. Thanks for advice. I'll repost the outcome.

You want to pack you blanket until it is the same as the undercut. In this instance .126.
