Problems with kompac3

When I'm running a job of about 2000 run I'm getting a lite image on the blanket which starts to show on the sheet like a light tint. I've tried ajusting the nip with more water coming out and with less but nothing works. I've cleaned the tecnatrons chiller out out as well and checked the blanket packing please help thanks I'm currently running a Heidelberg printmaster 2 colour 52.

 

check ink rollers are not to heavy to plate and are calcium free \ also check side play movment of rollers

 

Thanks spikeboy i know the plate inkers are fine but I'll order some calcium cleaner for the press and check the rollers side movement thanks very much for your advice.
