Problem with the water roller - Heidelberg MOVP 48x65cm

hi all
i have a heidelberg MOVP 48x65cm 1992
and the water roller on the first head suddenly starts rotating at a very high speed causing me serious problems in the colour (black)
i turn off the machine for an hour and then it is back to normal
when this happens the cp tronic has no control on the speed of the roller while the other 3 rollers work fine and i can control them
any help please ???

 

have you tried swapping out the alcolor board from a known good unit to the bad unit?

Does it have LTK50 to control the water pan roller motor? I have the same problem with a GTOF. In my case, The LTK50 is defective and I couldn't find the fault yet. Every component in the LTK50 seems good. It just doing it for some reason. Bad luck.

 

I had this problem to...
i openned the motor and i found to much oil inside of it...i cleaned it and everything went fine.
it seems like the speed feedback from the motor was not good because of the oil.

maybe it result with you...
