problem the back to back lining up perfectly

Hi,I am currently having issues with the folding marks not lining up properly on both sides of the sheet. The skews are limited out too. Any suggestions? Thank you.

 

Are you running it on perfector press?
If not then use OS and DS sidelays for work n turn.
On perfector presses you need the paper to be trimmed perfectly.

does this problem show itself on folded signatures of high page count books? Ask your prepress dept if they are compensating for creep.
