I have a SORM-Z bareback with KAESER pneumatic compressor.
Everyday we started to run the press, usually we have to wait untill the compressor has filled all the penumatic hoses with air, and then the safety light bulb is automatically turned off. Then the press is ready to run.

It has been a week that every morning we turned on the press, the safety light bulb is always turned off and the press is ready to run altough the compressor has not finished filling the penumatic with air. We doesn't have any problem when running the press.
I have checked all the electrical wire attached to the compressor and seems like there is nothing unusuall with the wire.

Can anybody please give me advice what should I do?

    Thank you..

Hi Ray - Sounds like the pressure switch is stuck on the compressor (should be two limit switches on the top of the compressor, tap gently on both with a screwdriver handle) or the relay in the cabinet is faulty. Check your schematics to find the low limit circuit. Goes without saying, be careful around open wire terminals!! Good Luck, Steve

this switch can be bypassed in a pinch by anyone familiar with electricity.
