PM 74 Blanket washers reprogram

    Hi
    I'm running a 2002 PM74 with cloth roll blanket washers.
    Problem is when washers start they start in the center of the blanket instead of the
    begining also when its doing the back cylinders the wash drips down on the blanket.
    This happens on all 4 units.
    Does anyone know how to program the washers to get back to normal?
