plate wear, blanket damage on Speedmaster 102s

Hello

Have this problem on three Heidelberg speedmaster's 102 The plates develops a bar mark across the width of the plate in the image and non-image area. The bar mark seems to buff or in-bed into the blanket and destroys the surface making it unusable. The bar mark appears after about 3000 impressions at which time the blanket must be changed and its fine again until the blanket wear is present again.

The bar mark is located about the same position when the auto plate pulls the back of the plate into the clamp. We thought it might be the plate skidding in the same position damaging the plate and over the print run damaging the blanket.

 

What kind of plates are you using?

 

Is this happening on all units?

 

Yes happens on ALL units
