Maintenance Checklist for Speedmaster CD-102 / SM-102

Hi,

Any one has the maintenance checklist for the Speedmaster CD-102 / SM-102 printing machine ? Which part must be check in every week, month, year, etc ... What item must be check, which result is expected ?

is the press equipeed with cp2000? if so the press should offer you the checklist.

Many thanks for your reply. Yes the machine has cp2000. Do you mean, I just need to look at the cp2000 manual book, and look for the checklist ? And it will cover all the maintenance list ? Or should I looking for other manual of Drystar etc ?
Another question: Is there maintenance book for them, or just in operating manual book ?

when i say the press will offer you a checklist of maintenance intervals im refering to the cp2000 software that will come up on your touchscreen at the recomended intervals. Im not sure if this is an available feature of the earlier versions of the software but i know that on our 2008 model Cd its there. if your cp2000 is not indicating service intervals then perhaps it needs to be turned on in settings!!!
