Help with Polar mohr 72 cutter

Guys, I have a problem with my cutter. The is no pressure on the clamp. what kind of fluid is used as hydraulic. secondly in case of use of wrong fluid, will the clamp move?

 

Only use hydraulic fluid, any thing else may work but will damage seals. If you use the wrong stuff, get it out of there, fill with correct fluid. If your sight glass is showing fluid you have a different problem.

 

It can be a bad hydraulic pump.

 

The control block can also be an issue.
