The paper must be catching on something as its passing from the infeed to the impression / delivery grippers.

Are the infeed rollers pushing the sheet into the grippers ok......have you altered / changed the feeder timing positon.

no ...... you should have a separate adjuster for the timing.

Try adjusting the side blowers and pile height. The press may need new air filters and vanes.

Hi, this is my first post, so hope it is of some use. I would say your air flow is set to low, and/or the side copper sheet seperators are set too strong into the sheet. I have never heard of adjustable timing on a tok, but you learn something new everyday. good luck mate, and let us know how you get on.

try putting a sheet flapper on that area on your feed board to hold the sheet down as it goes into the infeed grippers,or create your own flapper w/a piece of.010 stock.

you can also try to run sheet of center on feed board and moving your plate lateral to recenter print.

try and locate the delivery gripper thats causing the problem and readjusting, unless is the infeed grippers thats causing your dilemma.good luck
