heidelberg mo drive

hi,

I have a heidelberg mo.
sometimes lose speed motor and now does not start at all.
I cleaned the brake mechanism but still do not find the problem.
mention that the manual spinning is no problem

Can you turn the machine manually with power off?

 

Does the machine show any error? secondly does a re-start allow the motor to operate? what exactly do you mean by lose speed?

 

I don't think MOs have any console to show any error codes?
