GTOZ52 DYN Test error Code :mot 7fef

we have a gtoz52 , it can not run and the CP Tronic display: dyn test code: Mot 7FEF(attached file),please tell me the reason about the error code.

HWI DYN code generally means there is some kind of issue with the encoder on the press. To be 100% sure we would need to know which software you are running on your machine as some codes differ in each software version.

 

As exheidmech mentioned its very important to know software version of your machine. But your machine is coming the older generation of CPTRONIC's. Same as other machines from that age, it's most probably "Brake Test" issue. To define it, turn ON machine to cancel the error, then inch the machine until you reach "timing" on CPTRONIC or Delivery/Feeder lcds. Choose a round degree, let say 120, then push Run button. After the first alarm, the brake test will perform, if the brake has got a problem, machine will turn few degrees. If the revolution exceeds more than 8 degrees, then brake test error will appear on CPTRONIC as a symbol and in DYN test as you had taken a picture.

Thank Mathew & exheidmech, now the fact is :
1. turn on the machine, the init code and dyn code is all right
2. inch the machine ,after the first alarm , I can hear the sound of the brake released ,but the motor is stillness and do not turn any degree.
3 .then ,the dyn test MOT 7FEF error code appear, can not inch and run the machine any more.
4. the motor encoder reinstalled another similar motor, it works very well
5. the print machine hwi encoder works very well by hand turning the machine from 0 to 360 degrees.

in the above the second phase, I noted the TVK voltage is 264v and normal ,the TTK voltage is 47v ,but the current is very small , the Pn is just only 0.07kw,the motor rate Pn is 4.0kw , so I guess that there is something wrong on the TTK motor driver board.

Please give me any advice.
