Hi all, i wonder if anyone can help with this please?

I've got an early GTO 46 (single) and I've just put new rollers (full set of 4 formes and, 4 ink pyramid and 1 duct-to-pyramid transfer roller) but I have never replaced the rollers on one of these presses myself, I haven't got a manual and I just don't know how to do it.

There appear to be 2 adjusting screws at each end of each roller, but I'm not sure what I need to look for to know if they are set right or not. I'm told that the pressures are set between the forme roller and the plate AND ALSO the forme roller and the supplying roller.

I'd really appreciate any help anyone can give.

    Cheers.

I had another look yesterday afternoon and I think I may finally have worked out what I need to do but knowing how it should be done properly would be really good.

    Cheers,

    Chris

Hi Chris, Ink form rollers should be set to the oscillators (supply rollers) first, then set the forms to the plate.
