OK, I understand, this is happening at your indeed. You have made sure it is happening at the transfer to the impression cylinder and not the headstops? You can manually open the grippers by pushing on the cam follower levers, watching which grippers are not coming off the pads relative to the others. You must set them with the pad rail 90 degrees to the register table. If they appear to be opening relatively close, it's possible you may have a bent register table.
