    Hi all,
I'm planning to install SM 52 4 machine and would like to know more about the machine.
I know it has auto plate, auto blanket, imp, ink wash. What are the facilities available via CPTronic & CPC 1.04.
I hope, Ink control, Lateral, circumferential & diagonal register, Ink zone control. Alcohol damping control.
How easy to set perfecter, Impression pressure setting for thickness of paper, etc.

How much time will it take from starting machine to produce print-ready sheet? fitting plate, setting ink zone, pressure, register and final print ready sheet?

Any one have SM52 Guide? please send to me.

    Thanks

Is the machine a year 2000 machine? If so are you sure it has CPtronic, likely it has CP2000. Either way you will have control from the consol of all you have listed. Perfector on all SM52 machines is fully automatic meaning you set sheet length at the consol and at the press of a button the machine will do the rest. In fact prefect/straight, impression pressure, paper thickness, sheet width, sheet length and side guide selection is all set from the same screen at the same time. The only manual function is turning on/off the side guide you have selected at the side guides themselves. Capable of 15K per hour, however the lowpile delivery may limit you a bit and on certain stocks the slowdown wheels could be an issue at high speeds as well. Could be a great investment for you depending on how many impressions it has and who you get to install it.

Are all the above features included in SM52-4 1997 with CPC 1.04.
