You want an intelligent answer, or a guess, aqazi? :) I'll make a guess, and hope it takes you in the right direction. F60 signifies a ground fault, and if your MID is intermittent, maybe look at the MID itself or cables/wires that supply its signals?

yes its intermittent....I have checked the cables in the delivery panel, looks ok to me. Is there any relation between these two faults?

F60 denotes an "earth" or ground fault. Could be anywhere, could be a potentially fatal error, or could be something that will never amount to anything. You mention the two problems started at the same time, is it safe to assume the display is causing the ground fault? No, but it's worth pursuing. Maybe unplug the ribbon cables at the display and see if the module is causing the problem.

As Junker explained, F60 is Earth Leakage from 220VAC line to ground. For this matter check the followings:
1- check the earth connection of the machine to the source. You can ask the authority companies for checking that.
2- try to run a test on Earth Leakage Monitoring device in the main electrical cabin.

For the second problem, here are my advices:
1- it could be the connection between SVM to MID itself. While MID is not working, try to find out if MID is recognized by CPTronic or not. You can check through Service, Service 2-->Config. which is coming by 123 sign, then try to find the software version of MID-12. if it is missed, you have to check the flat cables from Delivery panel to LVT, and LVT to SVM in the main cabin.

2- you can change two MID's also. They are interchangable.

    Good luck

On Earth Leakage Monitoring relay, you could see a TEST button. Push it and keep it for more than 2 second and it will take the test process.

The error you mentioned is for MID or something else?

    Waiting for you.

There is no Test button on IWM but there are 2 buttons LP and PT. there are 2 LED's on the relay but both are off.

MID Issue.. when the MID is off, press is not showing the software version...its 000.

    So sorry for the delay.
If IWM has RED box, you may find the short description on the face of the box for testing. But i still believe it couldn't make any cause for MID issue.
If you can not read the software version while the MID is off, it could be loose connection of flat cable at LVT12. Try to replace the socket and see the result. Otherwise you have to exchange MID of the delivery with the feeder.

    Good luck

yes IWM has a red box.
MID issue...luckily its solved....reason for the fault was very weird. due to congested space we were storing the empty pallets near the LVT12 box right next to cptronic panel. somehow it was causing the issue. yesterday when there were no empty pallets there, the MID was working all the day, so I did the same today and the problem was gone. I tried to put the pallets again and MID turned off.
