duplication points + gap SM74

    Hello to everybody, sorry with my english ...

    We are experiencing troubles with a 4 colour sm74, in fact after the 2nd bloc just after the "sheet reversing mecanism" we have a duplication of the colour with littlle gap from 1st and 2nd >>> to 3rd and 4th bloc with resullts of colour variation.

    In two colours witthout the 3rd and 4th block (not pressing) we do not have this problembut when they are pressing (even without ink) we have the problem of duplication gap of the points.

    we are not using the sheet reversing mecanism but online 4 colours. we attempt several mecanic chnging like the "galet" or switching the rolls but nothing seems to modify....

    Any idea ?

    It seems like you Pincer bar needs repair. Call Heidelberg for inspection of your sheet reversing device.
