I had the same problem but resolved by lubricating the bearings. It happens when you start the water feeding, or not?

Yes, Slurring of Z and Water Form Rollers have this problem more when print production starts. Today I added some dryer and backed off Z roller pressure. Getting back to your suggestion of bearings, I did not check them last week when I had the Form out. Great Suggestion, as they are about 6 months old, and in our shop that would be considered "Brand New"! We use all poly plates, which means Etch and more water. Thanks for your help!!!!!!

Ok new data now. Check and reduce alcohol percentage and check the temperature in the water tank - it should be 10 C. Arrange the Z roller as it was. bearings should be considered brand new now and for the next 6 months. Can you tell me where your press is located? If you work in high temperature conditions it is definitely a Alcohol setting matter
