Having to re-boot CPC 21 after 2 or 3 scans, unit showing "electronical plug-in unit communication error" Any ideas? interface pcb? cable? It also creates a dump file after the crash, anyone know how to access?

Ours is very sensitive to low voltage. Once we lost single phase service and I tried to connect to a panel powered from our own 208 transformer and it would give that error every time we tried to scan. I ran an extension cord to a OneAC unit on our plate processor powered from 240V and it ran fine during the outage. I was having trouble 2 or 3 times per day a few weeks ago so I relocated the power circuit to an isolated breaker and added a OneAC unit. It gave me that error every scan until I readjusted the voltage selector on the power module. Try setting it to 110V instead of 125V.
