Does it have an air bed to hold the sheet or the electrostatic type? Axis 2 has the air bed and large scanner arm, and axis 1 a small head. The operation on the CPC2000 will be different, so then i will be able to advise you.

Hi, i think there are at least two ways to increase the ink value. Firstly, and easiest way is to increase the reference value when you scan. The only drawback is that you will have to repeat this for every job! I assume from the value you specify, that this is an uncoated paper value? Secondly, you can easily increase the value when you select the colour set at the make ready stage. My best advice is to create a new colour set by scanning it in the archive from a colour bar, using a job that you are happy with the colour. This way, the value will be increased permanently. It should be noted that constant updating of your colour references is good practice for good colour control.Hope this helps!
