Out of curiosity, what is the temperature of your shop?

Typically the room should be no more than 23 Celsius. High temperatures have been known to cause electronics in cabinets which are not cooled to have intermittent issues.

If it is working when you have the cabinet open, it proves the point.

Adding to LLS, if CP2000 computer is MC2 or MC3, you have to check the fans on the case. If the seal on the case is broken, open the case, clean inside with dry compressed air carefully and then run it again. If not, check it with Heidelberg. As I know Heidelberg had a general call few years ago for the computers, maybe your press is on the list.

but no hole to the outside

Since the fan is sucking air from out and blowing inside the case, there is no need for the air outlet. Did you check the case? Is it sealed or not? if not, open it and clean inside as i explained before. I did it several times on different machines and they are still running.

I would take a look inside and see if the IPC shows any sign of life. Our shop is at around 30 C as well. Sounds like a back-light problem to me. Does the screen flicker or anything?

No There is no problem With the screen
Now I add more air conditioner so now around 24 c
The cp works fine, but if it is a long day work and it's getting warmer
It still turn off occasionally. I just have to rest around 15 minutes to make it works again

Good to hear, but it would be better if you could change IPC. It's a common problem in MC2 and MC3 generation. MC4 is more reliable.

Yes you are right, it costs a lot, but I had repaired three of them. They have been running for three years. If you know a good engineer, I can help you to repair it.
