Code for cptronic

We have a GTO FP S with CPTRONIC. when the key of power is worked and they begin the test it`s stops in the INIT - TEST 1 and in SPK appears the code 000F blinking. If I continue with the test in the TEST 12 the number 0100 corresponding to SSK 01 blinking too. Then in the TEST 7 HAK_03 the value FFF5 and lastly in the TEST 4 the value corresponding to SEK FFFF both blinking.
To what damages do they correspond these codes?
The machine works but I should press the CURRENT key DISPLAY it VALUED twice.

I think it may be easier to help you troubleshoot your problem if you tell us what does not work on your machine. You say your machine works right now, can you print, can you move the piles up and down, how does the machine feed? Usually an HAK or SSK error will not allow you to move a motor such as a pile motor or sheet arrival motor. Do all these motors work? Aslo the SPK error and SEK errors many times will not let you run the machine at all. SEK errors are saftey errors and SPK are memory board errors, these will usually result in a machine down. So, it would be best to tell us what does not work and maybe post pictures of the error screens. Thanks

The machine works, we are still installing it and up to now all the motors work correctly. My question was because not you if these errors can cause me a later problem. Now the only inconvenience is that when it´s press "on" they begin the test and they stop in the test 1 and 12. But after pressing the ACTUALK VALUE the test it concludes. I will be attentive to the operation of the motors to see if some problem arises.

Yes Mathew, but the press works. Our GTO has a problem with the main motor. When one runs the machine in SAFE mode, listen blows of engagement teeth. I want to dismantle the motor to control the brahe. I have read in the forum that several they say that this it could be the problem. I need the scheme of the electric connection of the motor. I have the manual of electric scheme but the first pages are not. Thanks

It is one of the most common errors in Heidelberg Speedmasters. This is the cause of loose or bad connection of one the micro switches. The easiest way is to find the last safety guard which was used before, i.e cylinder, inking or dampening rollers guards. I hope you solve it.

 

Most common would be the red nip bars, wiggle them to see if you can clear the error.

 

Error HAK and LTK so Dampening system is not run

Some errors in HAK and LTK, now everything is good but the dampening system is not run

In INIT test HAK apprear FFFF at 8 units for dampening and LTK is FFF5 and the pile up and down is good?

So what the reason?
