Clamp issue on Heldelburg Print Master qm 46-1

Hello everyone I am very new to the press world!!! My issue is that on the black side qm 46-1 the clamp is free on the left and right side. but stuck in the middle so now I can not put in a plate. I tried to see if anything was stuck. It was fine on Friday. You guys have any ideas? The repair guy said he will get around to looking at it.

 

On a 102 we used to tighten the fit screws to pull the plate back for fit reasons and sometimes the plate doesn't release from the clamp and won't go back in. Also we've had issues with failed bladders in the plate clamp itself. Please post the remedy if its been solved already
