Is this common to selected units e.g unit 1 which runs the majority of black inks ? Do you run UV all the time? You say black is espescially bad, is this because of its higher film weight have you tried running the black at a lower film weight to see if the chrome roller clears? I have had this before but without a bit more info its dificult to give you a soloution.

Hi, When you say the chrome roller i presume you mean the matte chrome oscillating roller as opposed to the chrome metering roller. Have you tried cleaning it with a strong plate cleaning solution. Regards.

Check your water temperature in that unit, is there enough alkaless? alcohol? If you have a house foutain solution supply make sure it is giving you enough alkaless. Check ph and conductivity in your water.
