    Hi,

I have a GTO 52, 2 color machine with no chiller plants currently installed.

I am interested in installing this chiller unit for keeping the rollers cool.

Could you recommend me companies for installation of this plant?

Additionally, I have two machines of the same configuration and we are looking to use a common chiller unit to save on cost. However whilst I was discussing with someone, I was told that there's a risk to not achieving of good quality, as the paper on both the machines would have a different 'ph' level. I am not sure if I entirely understand it but I wanted to know how true this holds?

    Hi,
You can check with technotrans. Heidelberg machines are mainly equipped by technotrans. But you need to order water pans directly to Heidelberg. The most fitted product for small size machines like GTO52 and SM/PM52 is alpha.d series. You may find alpha.d line brouchure in attach. technotrans has two offices near by you, technotrans Middle East in Dubai and technotrans Singapour.

For the second issue, I don't believe that you could run two machines with a common dampening solution cooling device, as you already mentioned, the conditions of dampenings solutions are not same even i f you use same consumables or print on a same substrates. So I do not recommend to use a single unit for two machines.

    Good luck
