Aqueous Matte coating smoothness problem in two roller system

Dear Experts
Can any one provide a better solution for the aqueous matte coating problem in SM74 coating unit with two rollers system

Machine - SM74-5+L
Coating Unit - Two roller system
Coating Pan roller - Botcher with Shore hardness - 70 shore A - New Roller
Aqueous coating - Matte WB -14-25B from Monarch
Problem - Coating is not smooth with patterns and vertical lines

Tried all basic settings in metering roller and coating pan roller
Tried with different pressure setting for rollers and to blanket
Tried with contiair coating blankets
Increased coating will slightly improve but decreases matte effect

Please provide your expert advice

What is the viscosity of the coating?

Thanks for your enquiry to help me
Maintaining 30 to 32 and same coating is reasonably acceptable in another machine SM52-5+L with same two roller system

 

Check the bearer pressure and the gripper tensions. These could be creating the pattern with pulling the sheet out.

 

Is it only over the wet ink area or on whole sheet?
