We have been having a problem with a lot of water dripping from what I believe to be the chrome roller when it drops getting ready for print. We do run about 5% alcohol in this press but we have never had this problem before. Now, when getting ready to print, when the chrome rollers drop, it rains under the water unit.

    Any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks for anyone taking the time.

i would pull out the water pan and make sure that the insulating foam on the front side (towards the delivery) is not hanging. Ive seen this foam pull away from the pan and cause a wiping effect on the chrome roller when the alcolor system come on. And as fsa mentioned you want to be sure that when you reinstall the water pan its positioned correctly so as to not rub up front.
