    pms colour perfecting

Hi all first time on cool site. I am running a 12 colour heidelberg. When we run a 6 over 6 job eg 4 colour+pms colour and varnish we seem to have to run the pms colour (first units) alot weaker in strength to the outer (last units), but the pms colour on the first unit, even though printing weaker looks darker then the outer.when running job our denso standed is outer 2.35 to inner 2.15 the pms colour is pantone 286.

Gday pm74 Iam also in AUS.
Is the varnish you are running a machine varnish or an aquoes? as aquoes coating colours that have reflex blue in them may be at times affected by chemical burnout. Although if u r running machine varnish this should not happen. Either way u may want to try using a light fast pms 286 this would prevent any burnout.
    Good luck gazman
