What equipment do I need ?

If I have 4 bulks of printed paper that together they form a small local newspaper.
Is their a machine that could that the 4 sheets and the fold them ?

Example:
Get sheet 1,2,3 & 4 and then fold ?

 

What size sheet?

And are you printing on newsprint?

Are you printing on a web or sheet fed press ?

 

Ok. I read a little bit more and found that I need a Collator and a folder.
How much will a collator for at least 6 bins and a folder (no need to stapple or stich only folder) cost ?
The paper size is 11 x 17 inches. Sheet fed.

It's a community guide newspaper so it will be weekly and about 5,000 sets per week.
