stahl folder b20

Folder powers up properly but delivery wont go on or move. I replaced the motor and still no luck. Any idea how to fix?

Not sure if this is where I post a question. I have a Stahl B20 and when I power it gives me an error 14 code. I can not find it in the manuel. HELP HELP Please

 

Hi:
Do the following:
1) Turn off the machine
2)Unplug the folding station and/or deliveries from first station
3)Plug a blind/dummy plug into the first station.
4) Turn On the machine, and restar the equipment
Finally:
Perform a visual inspection :
look for loose and broken wires, improperly seated connectors, loose or broken wires, jam switch
fuse, double sheet detector.fuses or feed button contacts.
Use the schematic diagrams

 

hi , everyone know stahl KD78 , when power on the display just show the error code 55 ...?

 

Hi sir:
Please take a measure in the power supply electronic for:+5Vdc +24Vdc Led H3+H4 must be ON.

2) if the power supply in tolerance in 3% up or down, take out the EPROM, clean the pins with carefully, using Anti Static device, and try again.

if the problem persist, EPROM with Software is defective.

3) However look for loose wire in the panel control and tight very wel..
