ZB1100B Automatic paper sleeve formation machine
Description

Machine is equipped with cascade feeder of traditional design including two forward and four lift suckers. It can be possible to adjust the height and tilt to configure the system for optimal work with different materials. The alignment table is equipped with alignment on the front and side edge (installed two automatic lateral alignment - left and right), and note that at the time of alignment the sheet will be completely stopped. Machine can make additional rotary blanking after alignment, which can be provided by 6 roller blades. The blades provides a convenient position adjustment scale via a metric markings. The sheet will be held with 3 rods with 24 hold-down rollers in order to avoid a shift during the blanking. The pressing force rollers and blanking blades can be adjusted in accordance with the properties of the material used.

Roller conveyor system allows keeps a stable operation on all sizes blanks (minimum sheet size – 600x380 mm, maximum sheet size – 1020x600 mm). Pneumatic system can be adjusted via the transport system and that allows you to adjust the machine quickly and easily according to the materials used and to desired speed. Mechanisms of transport system (metal guides, transport rollers, pressure rollers) are made of the wear-resistant materials. This system is very convenient in regards of adjusting and adjustment and for cleaning the glue and the paper dust.
The gluing of the blanks can made with a cold glue. During this process the belt mechanism will spray the glue on the blanks. We call your attention to that the feeding shaft of a special form is installed in place of gluing and it completely eliminates the typical problems with gluing to the front face of the bags. This machine has a two identical gluing device. So, the roller mechanism makes the fixing of the seam (e.g. for model - ZB1100A - fixation can be made via pressing conveyor). Optionally it be will possible to install an electronic (with nozzles) spraying system and additional discharge pressing conveyor. These options allow you to increase the speed of operations, reduce the time for machine adjusting and improve the quality of the end product for some materials.


The sleeve formation makes in several stages. First, the all creases formed and the future bags can be fold in half. The second stage will be forming of side (inside) blanking. Then the bag goes to the pre- pressing unit, and after this, the bag goes to the finish unit, consisting of 6 large metal rollers. The bag profile forms by sequentially passing through the forming guides, rollers and belts. The control system includes a touch screen, as well as a separate control panel for the feeder.

ZB50B / Flat and square bottom machine

Description

ZB-50B Automatic machine designed to form the bottom of the paper bags. This machine consists of a blank feeding system, hot gluing system, pressing unit and receiving box.

Blanks feeding make manually. The machine can be equipped with an automatic friction feeder (by the bottom sheet). The possibility of such modernization can be determine via a unique number of the machine. It possible to adjust the amount of the glue and length of the strip due to installed electronic gluing system with 4 nozzles. In addition, the basic functions of the system are temperature control and preheating timer. The accuracy of gluing - 1-3 mm. The roller mechanism will make a pressing of the end ready bag. The control system provided with a touch screen.
