Default Oce Cm3520

We have had unending problems with this machine. It has a Fiery controller on it. It either scans images in 4 colors or prints pages coated in yellow.

After repeated visits from our tech, he found that there was a loose cable. They visited us so far about 3 times to fix the exact same problem. This last time, the tech used a really high tech solution and duct taped the cable along with inserted folded cardboard or thick papers on either side so it doesn't come out.....

Well, after he left, the problem came back and I had to undo the duct tape so I can reseat the cable to solve the problem.

This is OCE's level of tech support. And I am very shocked at the way they handled this. If this was a temporary solution, it is still a bad one.

Just warning people about OCE's techs handling these smaller color printers.
