I am having problems retrieving the job log from a IRC3200 ImagePASS-C1.
I can connect to the unit over the network, but the webspooler does not show the correct information for the print jobs that have gone through the machine. In addition, when I try to down load or print the log, it just gives me an empty page.
When I am at the printer itself it does allow me to view print jobs for the last week or more, but nothing more.
Has anyone else seen this before?
I am working on getting my hands on a copy of the Canon Control station to see if that will help.
