ImagePass-C1 install & Scanner issue

    Hello All,
    I am supporting an imagePass-C1 Fiery sys 5.1e version 1.1.1 with remote scanning issues. I have downloaded the WinXP remote software from canon's website and the installer gives me a CommonUti folder error. A second machine on the network has the software installed but can only make 1 scan at a time. To get another scan from the C1 I must restart the fiery in order to make another scan. Has anyone every heard of this before? Am I using the wrong software? Any help you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

    I have not seen this error, so I do not have an answer for you, but it would be interesting to try with both Color Network ScanGear and Fiery RemoteScan and see if both give the same result.
