New here to the site, just want to say this is a very helpful site, Thanks.
Anyway onto to the problem, on the SVK 3 board there is a x42 connection. When that is plugged in the control panel on the press shuts down (nothing is lit). If i unplug the 4th wire on the x42 connector (DC+24V) the control panel comes on and gives me a code 15-04. If I touch the wire to the plug it sparks and shuts down panel. Any help would be great. Thanks

Hi,Echo. If it's realy pin number 4 (have to count from R to L), so look for the page 15 and you'll find LVT4 that is providing +24VDC to the few elements:
S4, Y9, Y1, Y31, VD. I would beginn my checking with Y31- Feeder suction air, as it is on very dirty and dangerous place. Short circuit could happend to the supply wires, or magnet coil itselfs could be damaged.

Check the power supply to be on the safe side , also could be that sender or reciver have some short circuit, but normaly exchange should work without stress.
Sure, I have one on stock. I've looked for transport costs to USA would be ca. 40€ air service or 10€ slow.
This part used to cost new ca. 800€ if I remember well. I would ask ca. 40% of this plus carrier. if it suit for your budget send me PM with your data for the quotation.
