we have using Anicolor for around 1yr, it is obvious to see the tint dot shape printed un-smooth on paper, but it's normal on plate. What can we do to improve or correct the problem? Regards

Probably best to post in the correct section first this is for DI`s................. but you could check your blankets and packing and how much impression squeeze, what sort of paper are you having the issue on ?

Yeah you really should have Heidelberg come and check your bears pressures to make sure its right, you can't do it.
A technician will have to do it for you and it takes all day long for all units.
After that, check your back cylinder jackets ( Yes the chrome one, is it dented, waivy, if they have the patter you see while printing then you should have them change it, its fairly inexpensive for what you will get in return. Peace of mind.
But First, How old are your Form Blankets?
If fairly new then Bear Pressures are your problems.
