Qmdi manually change plates - help

Hello, I'm new in di press. I have used Quickmaster DI Classic
I have a problem with changing the plates. I want the board to change manually.
and when everything I do, I start with burning plates. before it starts burning plates, each time machine turned itself plates. not always all .. sometimes one and sometimes the other .. that .. how can you stop that wound not paid automatically? to stay exactly as I am changed manually ..

It sounds like you are running one job where only one color changes for job #2 ? if this is true, load job regularly, do not burn job, however , go to special functions box and re-burn the new plate, ( color which changes ). you must load the job first for the computer to recognize new file. when you print make sure all colors are turned on to print. you now have some same plates last job with new plate for a new job.

 

No, it's about trying to take advantage of the skipped unexposed and consumed on the old board. I guess I'm not good hath bent plate when I was spooled on another tube.
How does the board automatically rewind to full format?? I know how to do it manually, but how to work automatically?

I have a few problems .. if someone can help me?
When exposing the board should automatically begin to clean the plate. I report an error "but clean 3" and cleaning does not start
before me but it was not .. besides, before, when I started washing I think my cleaning fluid does not come into the system for washing because the filter is completely dry. and there's no sign that any fluid passed ..

 

As to saving the plate material between the plates, you are in for more trouble than its worth. You would have to know exactly how much roll material is left on the roll and tell the machine you just put a partial roll on the press, you could in such a way actually advance the plate material manually and get the maximum use from your roll. By the time you actually did all the work to save a plate or two it would cost you twice as much in labor calculating roll material.
Plate wash fluid lines may have rust clogs in the line near the tank. The most common place for rust buildup is where the lines attach to the tank unit .check the connections where the waterlines connect to the tank from the press. Check the actuators one at a time to make sure they are working properly. Check your air pressure make sure there is enough air in the tank.

 

How exactly should replenish the water in the tank? How do I know how much fluid should be in the tank? how can I increase the pressure? and how much pressure should be?

 

Take a picture from 15X4 is inside the cptronic in the second door to the left side... take a picture with a nice resolution... i need to see some wire, please..

Two ways how to start imaging plates without automaticly spooling of plates:
1) each time set the new number of jobs before new imagining, not phisically, but only in the GUI software.
or
2) as in 1) move plates manually and load new job to the jobs memory
3) than use command "HIP" from DOS platform (black screen )

PS: no way to move plates partialy on old models of QM DI (available only on Pro) automaticly
