Qmdi classic - lube error

Hi All,

I have an error on my QMDI Classic regarding the Lube Cycle. The machine says "LUBE". When I press S47 the message as shown in the picture appears. Normally on our other QMDI Classic, when I press S47 "cancel" "cancel", the error clears. However, on this machine, the error will not clear.

Can anybody assist with this. I think the ERROR CODE when I press S56 is 15-06. How do I reset this. Any assistance would be appreciated. The machine is a 1997 model and lubrication is done with a normal grease gun. There are no automatic sensors on the lubrication system.

Hi,
Lube S47 then + or - button and "reset button" push buttons until you can see "pause" "fail" or "count". Leave on "count".

15-06, air leake or similar.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately when I press S47 and then "+" or "-" display does not change to "pause" or "count". Not sure why but no change at all. Any other ideas would be appreciated.

Hi Shawn,

Because of you have text "End 1" (+error 15-06) it looks that you have newer lubrication system, maybe grease tube empty.
I have older lubricating system also, but double check yours.
Then there should be limit switch in lubricating system.
End 0 limit switch is not pressed
End 1 limit switch is pressed

Can you check what S56 does (error 15-06).
