QMDi CLASSIC DONT BURN ALL UNIT, DONT WORK BLOWER, DONT WORK... OH GOD!

Hi my friends. somebody has passed this, the machine was working fine, but suddenly stopped burning plates in ALL UNIT. is the best thing that, i don't touch anything. Now I have tested the power supply, +12 V,-12V, GR and everything is fine. the true, as a technician i feel lost, because it has never happened to me, the bad is that it is the only machine in Colombia, I think it's a problem with the SVK3, anyone know of like that the connection of 15X4, is a QMDI Classic. i Know that the plug J1J is for turn on the laser or turn off.
This makes the process as if to make the image plates, but not burn anything IN ALL UNIT (THE 4 UNIT.. BIG PROBLEM!!!)... But no code, no error NO SHOW NOTHING, only don't do nothing.. even worse, now neither the roller adjuster (stroke) inks all units don't work ; The water drain valve compressor fail no work you put S + 3 + 7 + 15 + 071 + nothing happen. Any suggest is good... thank so much again...

 

Now is discover.. dont work the vacuum blower wash unit... no work the blower for DRYSTAR... oh God!... what happen??? im lost... i cheack all conection and all is good.. the electrical wire is good...

try to be more clear. Maybe you are missing main power supply (one line).
You better write was is funtioning eg. display? monitor? GUI program loaded?

For any or somebody if have a QMDi Classic... i found the problem...I hope this experience will serve others ... as I did not the wiring, because I know how difficult it was going cables .. eventhough it was (supposedly) well ... wiring connections to the problem of laser comes and J1J this one goes well connected (check image) connector .. hope it helps them ...

 

Jan thank you i solved the problem... is from 15x4... i have the same trouble with the drain valvule from the compressor and the vacum.blower... i need spme how reference for do th connection because in this qmdi46 classic have a wrong connection in the 15x4... if you have a picture or photo is good... thank so much

the best reference is electrical documentation and it's always included to the press.
Just look inside and don't ask God for help.
