QM DI Each diode operates in a different place

    dear friend
    i have problem in imaging the plate
    each diode from the 16 diode start in different point
    any on can help ?

    There is a job in the service menu of your QMDI called 60prcnt_h.blk It will number the location of each of the diodes. I will be better able to tell what is wrong with your machine.

    From what I see, it looks like the Zone #1 diode is no longer burning.

    Thanks Paul for kind answer
    before time i changed "Set Void Delays in the service function screen on ( DB Edit. )
    and make backup to computer inside another machine i have . so all this test not working in my machine. i do this black design in A3 size diode number 1 not appear its not problem i can make another design only
    i need this service function can move vertically each diode

    With your keyboard hit ALT-X, once in DOS type: off4th

    This will put you in the program to make the adjustments.

    i can make design for test page that help to correct position
    only haw i can change top and bottom + - and each degree how much make different by millimeter please tell me step by step

    The changes are in Microns not Millimeters. + moves to the tail, - to the gripper.

    we have 2 column right(under individual) and left. after add number ___ haw the machine accept ? by make enter on keyboard?

    Yes, the "enter" key will save the changes. Use the column that says "Delta" to enter your changes.
