problem with starting QMDI Plus with idle state button

Dears, when i try to run the machine with idle state button it starts for less than a second and then stops again. also when i try to inching from OS or DS it stops and hang (freeze) until i have to restart the machine again.

Thanks Risu, it was cable loose between the machine and console. Solved

But today when it was running on idle state after imaging the plates to prepare for the job I presses by mistake on the button has 4 zeros beside the screen and then the machine stopped after a second giving error 12-11 which is sheet lost in between the impression cylinder and delivery chain, I checked but didn't find anything.. I got the vacuum and cleaned this area very well but still giving same error. Do u think pressing this button while in idle state running is the cause of this issue or it's by chance in same time and what do you think the solution for that. I spent three hours to get a solution but None.

Did you clear the error code with S 11?

 

Yes cleared after I cleaned the sensor underneath the cylinder ... now up and running ...
