hi Sorry, I didnt see your responses we have actually moved the DI as gently as possible, without any major shakes or bumps. Fingers crossed it works at the other side

You need to set all ink keys to 100% open. This is to keep them from coming into contact with the rollers which can cause damage to the units by vibration.
There are also some attachments that Heidelberg uses on the laser units, but have seen them moved without them.
