Running on 100# uncoated sheets with medium coverage and getting some offset. What can I do on the DI and any paper suggestions with good results?
make the sheets deliver as flat as possible, lower your ir, and slightly increase your powder. when removing from the delivery try not to shock the lift, or fan through it right away
Run smaller lifts. Sometimes depending on the job this is what is needed to get it done without offsetting.
You might try changing your powder to AirTech Brand, it is finer, and works extremely well. You can use less powder and your don't have issues when flipping the paper for backup due to too much powder. I've run Airtech for the last 4 years and only had offset issues with particular brands of paper.
