Malfunction safety circuit

    Anybody know how to get rid of this or what is causing this malfunction safety circuit we can not inch or run the press we where in the process of making new plates, plate disengaged plate material was rolling up, half way through error code Appeared Now Can Not do anything .........help

    Check all guards, doors & emergency stop switches.
    I have seen a compressor blow the trip on the micro circuit breaker before within the electrical cabinet when the machine isn't st the correct psi it appears scts ad if the safety circuit is broke.

    Jose, Can you please contact me, I have the same issue as you did with your Polar Cutter at the moment after buying this cutter 6 months ago and investing 20k+ into it. Is the cutter still working and may I have the name of the repair person who fixed it.

    My guess is the gripper bars in the delivery are hitting the delivery jam switch while the plates are loading. This is typically caused by the delivery chains being worn out and stretched.

    What machine heidelberg is sir?
    I can guide to adjust the Chains for to avoid the hitting.
