Hi guys, I'm a new member of this wonderful forum.

When I run certain impression especially those that have solid and non solid on the same page, I discover a faint band of colored stain running parallel from the side of the paper on non solid part of the paper. Most times the banding color is red though I ocassionaly see blue and black.

Does anyone know what is responsible.

I would say that could be down to heat. What is the temperature in your print room? Do you find if you stop the press for about 20 minutes it gets better? It also could be due to too much ink and roller settings although this tends not to be right across the sheet. Hope this helps.
