Running a 2 up work and turn. Front of the sheet has medium coverage not many solids, tail of the sheet has 3/4 navy blue solid. Front of the sheet showing up on tail of sheet in the navy blue area. What should I do?
100# gloss cover or 100# gloss text.

Check your roller settings first and make sure all the contact strips are correct.

You can try and increase #3 form to 3mm. This will help some but ghosting is one of the DI's Achilles heels.

Also check your oscillation timing. If it is out, it will increase the ghosting issues.

can you turn the image around so the heavier coverage is at the gripper? also try to see if you can let your form rollers oscilate.......

not really a good idea on a DI as doing that can bring in a new set of issues.

if you want to try angling the work that can get rid of ghosting too.
