Default Feeding Problem

We have a Heidelberg DI46-4 Classic. We have been experiencing a very fussy feeder. We have problems with 100# coated text long grain and other light weight text papers. The press feeds the paper through off impression just fine but when going on impression it either misfeeds or crashes many times on a job. We keep all sensors clean along with the feed rollers. The press feeds 12 pt. stock just fine. We have tried all kinds of setups with pile height, blow, vaccum and it just seems to be very fussy getting the right setting. Any imput would be very helpful. Press has 18+ million impressions. Thanks.

Just to let you know, we have narrowed it down to a bad sensor, now we need to find out which one.

The OP traced the issue to a sensor not the forwarding wheels. They should only be altered by a tech, as the pressure can affect register.
