Even with my pile height set to minimum it seems my pile height is too high. Yesterday I was running some 50# bond (it was pretty flat) and it was a nightmare getting it to feed, constantly getting early sheets. It would raise the pile to about the middle of the 3 marks.

I'm wondering if there's a problem with my pile height bar or some sensor? I didn't used to have this much grief getting it to feed nicely. When the press isn't running I can wiggle the pile height bar a bit up and down. I don't know if this is normal or not.

The pile bar can be pushed upwards by hand but you need to apply some force to it. Other problems can be the adjustment of the tack rollers. Timing of the feeding (earlier/later) a misplaced sensor (not placed back the right way after cleaning) with the SPECIAL code SF3+ on your console you have access to the engineer menu and can for example check the feed timing (From what I can remember SF3+ 68)
